Shipping Policy – Custom Printed Merchandise

Every item in our Custom Merchandise store is printed on demand when you order them. This benefits all of us by keeping your prices as low as possible and by Dakota Firearms not having to inventory anything. This means your items are custom made and will take a little longer to ship than if we inventoried them.

Depending on the mix of items in your shopping cart, your order may be fulfilled from multiple print shops. But rest assured, all the print shops we have chosen are located in the United States, except for one located in Canada and another located in Germany. No Asian print shops are used! We did that on purpose to avoid inferior quality products.

Your order will be sent to the print shop immediately upon checkout. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 days from checkout. If it takes longer than that, please be patient. We have selected only those print shops which have the highest quality control standards. If something appears to be taking longer than expected, one factor could be your item did not pass their rigorous testing standards and had to be reprinted.

Each print shop determines the method by which they ship their products, based on the item and the quantity of that item. If the print shop offers both regular and express shipping, those options will appear upon checkout for you to select which option you prefer. If only regular shipping is offered, an express shipping option will not appear.

Dakota Firearms has no control over which common carrier is selected by each print shop. Most print shops ship their products via USPS.

Orders are only shipped within the continental United States, plus Alaska and Hawaii.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If the tracking number indicates your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us via email so we can investigate.

If you received your order but it arrived damaged, please notify us via email so we can investigate. Please include photographs of the damage, so we can investigate with the shipper or the print shop. Without some sort of proof, such as photographs, we cannot determine how the damage originated.

We urge you to verify your shipping address upon checkout. If your order ships to the wrong or unidentifiable address, you will be responsible for the costs of reshipping the order to a corrected address.
