Refund / Return Policy – Custom Printed Items

We go to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and are of the highest quality. However, we are human and make mistakes, but we feel it is how we handle our mistakes that will earn your trust.

Because of the nature of custom printed items, all custom printed items are nonreturnable. However, we do offer replacement items or refunds, subject to the following:

Items Damaged in Shipment or Misprinted

If your item arrives damaged or is misprinted, we will gladly either replace it or refund your purchase price. However, we will need proof of the damage/misprint in the form of photographs of the product, and if the item arrived damaged, photographs of the original packaging. Please email those photographs to us at and include your original order number in the Subject line for easier referencing.

Items Not Damaged in Shipment or Misprinted

If you desire a replacement or refund for products you ordered which you decided after ordering that you simply do not want it, are the wrong size, wrong color, etc., unfortunately we cannot honor such replacements or refunds because these items are custom printed. Every apparel item has a sizing chart associated with it, along with photographs and descriptions of the available colors. Refund Process for Items Damaged in Shipment or Misprinted:

Start by clicking here. This will display a list of your orders under your account. Scroll down to the order number in question and under the “Action” column, click on “Request Refund”. You will only be able to request a refund on those orders whose status is “Complete”. After you request a refund, please send photographs of the damage or the misprint to Refunds will not be processed until photographs are received.
